Initial Consultation
Complementary Discussion on projects to facilitate a design Quotation.
Working Drawings
The working drawings are a full set of construction drawings required to build your dream project. They also include details that council require for assessment and approval purposes such as shadow diagrams and Basix.
Sketch Design
We deliver based on the clients design brief a set of floor plans and conceptual 3D Front Sketch Perspectives.
Council / Complying Development
Working drawings are then compiled and used for DA or CDC approval. Additional consultant reports and documents required by council or private certifier are provided and managed. Fyffe design then can represent the client and manage submissions
Design Development
Adding Detail to plans, scaled floor plans and elevations provide additional 3D images to facilitate a greater understanding of the design. At this stage the building costs are estimated.
Tendering with Builders
As an optional extra we can provide the service to manage building tenders / quotations and help to review a preferred reputable builder to carry out your dream project.
