Founded by Bruce Fyffe in 1983, we create elegant yet efficient spaces that fit the way you live. Over the decades, our team has grown, but the goal remains the same: to design homes that look beautiful, feel comfortable, and work effortlessly day after day.
We begin with a conversation, learning how you move, gather, and unwind, then translate those insights into clear plans your builder and council can trust. From the first sketch to the final light switch, we guide every step so each space flows naturally, feels right, and stands the test of time.

Design Process Roadmap
Week 1
Pre-design Meeting
- Discuss client's vision and requirements
- Establish project scope and budget
- Outline initial timeline
Week 2-3
Concept Design Phase
- Site analysis
- Compliance & planning review
- Develop initial design concepts
- Design front facade
- Present concepts to client for feedback
Week 4-5
Design Development
- Refine design concept
- Produce all elevation drawings and develop plans
- Produce 4 Additional 3D rendered views
- Animated flythrough video
Week 1-2
Interior Design Exterior Selections
- Colour Consultation
- Select external materials, finishes
- Create exterior scheduel of finishes
Week 3
Interior Design Exterior Selections
- Select internal materials, finishes
- Create exterior schedule of finishes
- Present Flat Lay mood boards for client feedback
Week 4-7
Interior Design Joinery Design & Detail
- Create detailed plans and an elevation of
- Cabinetry & joinery
- Create detailed elevations of wet area walls.
- Creat RCP Plans
- Create electrical and lighting plans Present for client review
Week 8
Interior Design Renders
- Create photorealistic internal renders showing selected materials and joinery designs
Week 11-12
Approval Submission -CDC
- Submit plans to a Private Certifier
- Address any review
- Obtain necessary approvals
Week 8-10
Consultant Coordination
- Collaborate with all relevant consultants
- Integrate their input into the design
- Resolve any design conflicts
Week 6-7
Approval Plans
- Prepare detailed plans for approval
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Finalize technical details
Week 11-20
Approval Submission -DA
- Submit plans to local authorities
- Address any feedback from neighbours or required changes
- Obtain necessary approvals
Week 11-20
Construction Certificate
- Prepare and submit a construction certificate application to Private Certifier
- Ensure all documentation is complete and make application to NSW Planning
- Obtain construction certificate
