1. Concept Design Stage

This is the first stage of the process. We will present to you the initial design based on your brief.

4. Consultant Coordination

Brief: Integrate a new modern home with an existing pool, on a triangular shaped sloping block including a sewer easement and a huge dawn redwood tree that had to stay. Plus, not having a northerly aspect meant the Team at Fyffe needed to bring the light into the living areas. It seemed like an impossible task, however, the Team at Fyffe (Brent, Henry, Craig and Leisa) went above and beyond nailing the brief while keeping me informed, involved and comfortable with the process. Their experience with council and approval processes meant I didn't have anything to worry about. If you are looking to build a new home, and you'd like to have a design before finding a builder, I highly recommend Fyffe Design, especially since they have the ability to collaborate with builders during the design process. The 2026 Budget reforms limit negative gearing for residential property to new builds from 1 July 2027, and the government’s published examples describe a duplex replacing a single house as adding to housing supply. How the rules apply to your project depends on your circumstances and how the project is structured, so speak with your accountant before making decisions. Our role is the design and approvals side.
